UOL English Course

The new UOL English Course was developed using Lean UX and Value Proposition Design techniques. For the design of the customer journey (awareness, purchase and primary access to the service), a number of surveys were conducted, which guided the information architecture process within the lean, iterative method. Later, they were aligned with the business team partners and visual design team. The instructional content was produced by Ciatech.

UOL Audio Courses

My part in this mobile-first project was on the research effort, comprised of many surveys with extreme users, competitive benchmarking, meetings with all stakeholders to define the final MVP format, and the architecture and prototyping in lo and hi res (for a quick test of the main functionalities before the coding phase). It was a very successful project considering its short duration and tight schedule, as well as the meager resources allocated for it.

UOL Do It Yourself by Burda

For the responsive website of the Burda Academy, we've conducted batches of surveys with the target customers, etnography study and competitive benchmarking. We've created personas and user journeys to help the team understand better the public for whom the product was directed to. I conducted the surveys and architecture of all promotional digital media (website, landing page et al), except the instructional content.

Geekie Lab ENEM

Students and educators were the starting point for the design of this challenge-based adaptive learning platform, christened the Geekie Lab. The service is focused on the real needs of people orbiting high school - school managers, teachers and students (public and private school). We've developed a framework for the construction of the challenges, while the instructional content was curated from free internet videos, with additional supporting content produced by a dedicated content team.

Entrepreneur Culture

My work on the Enterpreneur Culture project (Cultura Empreendedora in Portuguese) was the ideation and design of the visual identity (logo, business card) and website. I also led Design Thinking workshops and some mentoring for young enterpreneurs and college students (at PUC-SP and Mackenzie, two of the major universities in Brazil).
